These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of stgeorgeroofcost.com, operated by St. George Roof Cost ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this service is

St. George Roof Cost is an independent local guide. When you request a quote, we connect you with an independent, third-party roofing contractor who serves the St. George area — we are a publisher and referral service, not a roofing contractor, and we don’t perform or supervise any roofing work.

When you submit a quote request, you authorize us to share the information you provided with an independent local contractor so they can contact you about your project. Contractors who receive referrals from this site may compensate us for those referrals. We are not a party to any agreement you enter with a contractor, and we do not set, negotiate, or guarantee their prices, schedules, or workmanship.

Cost information is educational, not a quote

The cost figures published on this site are compiled from cited, dated, third-party construction-cost data and a real itemized local example. They describe market ranges — they are not estimates, bids, or quotes for your roof, and actual prices from any contractor will vary based on your roof's size, pitch, material, condition, and market timing. Nothing on this site is professional roofing, engineering, legal, or insurance advice. Summaries of Utah law are provided for general information; consult a licensed attorney for advice about your situation.

Independent contractors

Contractors we refer requests to are independent businesses, not our employees, agents, or partners. We do not warrant, guarantee, or assume responsibility for their licensing, insurance, estimates, workmanship, or conduct. Verify any contractor's Utah DOPL license (roofing is specialty classification S280) at secure.utah.gov, ask for current insurance certificates, and get every agreement in writing before work begins. Any dispute about work performed is between you and the contractor.

SMS / text messaging program

St. George Roof Cost offers an optional text-message program for people who submit a quote request and check the SMS consent box. These terms apply to that program:

• Program description. If you opt in, we send text messages about your quote request — confirmations, follow-ups on your request status, and messages connecting you with the contractor handling your quote. This is a customer-care program, not a promotional list.
• Message frequency varies based on your request and any replies you send.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.
• Opt out any time: reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we'll confirm your opt-out and send no further texts. Opting out doesn't affect your quote request — we can still reach you by phone or email.
• Help: reply HELP to any message for assistance, or reach us through the contact page.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving a quote.
• Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network availability.
• Age restriction. The SMS program is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older.
• Privacy. Phone numbers and consent data collected for SMS are handled as described in our Privacy Policy — they are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be 18 or older to submit a quote request. You agree to provide accurate information, to submit requests only for properties you own or are authorized to act for, and not to use the site to send spam, scrape content, submit false requests, interfere with the site's operation, or violate any law.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — research, guides, text, design, and graphics — belongs to St. George Roof Cost or its licensors. You may read, share links to, and quote brief excerpts of our content with attribution; you may not republish substantial portions or use the content commercially without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
